Classification of fungi

Today's learning is based on kingdom fungi. The living organisms  are divided in seven major kingdoms Kingdom Plantae for plants and Kingdom Animalia for animals. This classification was reasonable at that timeframe since plants and animals could be clearly distinguished. The former are stationary, fixed to the soil, absorbed water for growth and could prepare their own food. Animals, on the other hand could movement, and were feeding on plants and other animals for their growth and survival. Apart from this a few other significant differences, at the level of cells, were established between plants and animals by scientists of the later period.

Next time i will share with you learning on photosynthesis and also provide you the photosynthesis diagram so that it helps you learn better.

This was like a help in science. Do post me your comments.
